Player Registration

EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION will be Open June 15/2025 for the 2025/2026 Season. Please take the time to read this important information below. 

- First time players in U7 will pay only 250.00 for their first season ONLY.

- It is important that you register your child at this time if they plan to play. This assists us with planning for the season.

 - For any registrations received after Early Bird, the fee will increase by $200.00. (This does not apply to brand new players.)

 - PAYMENT IS NOT REQUIRED at this time however, we accept Credit Card, EMT and Cash. If you select CASH as your payment option, this will allow you to submit the registration without payment.  All fees must be paid in full November 1st, 2025 . If you pay by EMT please note your players name in the comments.

2025/2026        

 *2021 born players we would consider only with a parent signed up as a coach to help on the ice.  Players should be able to follow direction and stand on their own.

STEPS TO REGISTER

1. Complete the Online Registration

• MMHA has a new registration platform with Team Snap, you will use your current Team Snap Login information and if you have never used team snap with any other sports you will need to create a new account.  Contact the registrar for assistance.
• If you do not have an existing Team Snap account, create a new account. 

2. Complete  or renew (if expired) the online Respect In Sport Parent Course if you have not yet already done so.  Your player cannot go on the ice, nor can we add them to a team without this being completed. The cost is $12 and is approx. 60-90 minutes. Users can stop at the end of any module and continue later.
3. Fill out Hockey Canada Medical Form and submit by email or hand in during 1st week of practices.
