There are many things that go into running a tournament, but it doesn't have to be done by one person.
If every team member takes a job or two, it makes a great tournament for everyone.
Remember that each year these tournaments are the major fundraisers for the MMHA.
This is a guideline, and is adaptable to each team and tournament. Many teams have gone through the same process, so there is no need to recreate the wheel - all of the attached documents can be modified to fit your needs.
